Shipping policy

1. Shipping & Delivery Within Abeoukuta
All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched Monday through Saturday within 24 hours, between 11:00am and 5:00pm.

Orders placed after 5:00pm will be scheduled for delivery on the next day.
Clients may also opt for Pick-Up In-Store at the Alien Invasion store .

2. Intra-State Deliveries (Outside Abeokuta)
All orders are packaged and shipped via our third-party logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimated from the date your order is shipped and may vary based on your location. Shipping costs are calculated based on package size and weight. Alien Invasion offers the following secure delivery options:

Standard Delivery: 1–5 business days (depending on location)
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (depending on location)
Pick-Up In-Store: Available Monday through Sunday, 12:00pm – 5:00pm. (Sales Associates will be available to assist with order packaging at the Alien Invasion store.)
The estimated delivery date, inclusive of order preparation and shipping, will be confirmed at checkout.
Deliveries are completed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your order.

3. International Shipping
All international orders are carefully packaged and shipped via our third-party logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimated from the date your order is shipped and may vary depending on destination. Shipping fees are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination.
Alien Invasion offers the following options for international orders:
Standard International Delivery: 1–5 business days (depending on location)
Pick-Up In-Store: Available Monday through Sunday, 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Customs, Clearance & Duty Fees: Clients are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees required prior to doorstep delivery.
The estimated delivery date, inclusive of order preparation and shipping, will be confirmed at checkout. Please note that customs duties cannot be determined until the shipment arrives in the destination country.
